5 x 1 + 1 + 1 Clean pull + Hang clean + Paused jerk

5 x 1 + 3 Clean + Jerk drive

 

Strength session one

3×2 Tempo front squats (slow down fast up)

3×2 Clean deadlifts

5 Seated strict press
5-25 GHD sit-ups
5/side Bent over row to external rotations

 

Strength session two

3×2 Paused back squat (2 sec active bottom position)

5×3 Snatch hang pull
